It's Your Time!

Copying, copying and copying ,this rule is follow by our youngster . we are actually making fool to our own-self because we forget that God has created to all of us with our own identities and abilities but unfortunately in a race with world we have ignored our reorganization in between the Fantasy of the World.
so , its time to own yourself , your life demands you, you need to explore yourself and leave the rest, give your best and leave the rest because you all are the King in your Kingdom.
 Believe me its the right time because you are moving towards the level of Maturity . All you need to do is just give time to your own self atleast thirty minutes at a day and think what actually you want!

we all know the scorching heat of Pakistan can be very disturbing when comes to dressing up and it is best  to wear clothes that are light and breezy but  you can chill your sunny day  by drinking chilled natural juices, wear light clothes that will safe you from itiching.

five  Tips To  Beat The Heat
1. Drink water more than to eat, maximum eight glass of water.
2. do exercise at early morning.
3. use sun blocks to avoid hot rays of sun.
4.Avoid to go out during day time.
5. don't burdunised yourself with a load of work.

if you want to beat the heat then you should be relaxed and calm donot worry for your worries and avoid to get anger and if you will get anger then its okay take  deep breahte and say to your own mind that all is well. So friends take care as the hot temperature of Karachi can easily put you on fire.
